Schedule/Hours:
- Varied 8-hour shifts:
- Days: 7:30 AM 3:30 PM
- Evenings: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
- Nights: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Schedules may include weekends, holidays, and overtime rotation
- No guarantee of specific shifts or hours
Desired Qualifications:
- Current RN license; those without an active Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance and obtain before the assignment start
- Demonstrated experience in Rehab and/or Long-Term Care nursing
- Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Ability to assist with ADLs, gastrostomy tube care, wound vacs, and other relevant tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration
- Communicate pertinent information to providers (MD/NP)
- Coordinate admissions and discharges
- Deliver quality care including ADL assistance, urinary catheter and gastrostomy tube care, nebulizer and CPAP treatments, wound management, and more
- Fulfill additional duties as needed within an interdisciplinary care setting
