Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • At least one year of recent experience in Rehab or Long-Term Care
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong communication and patient assessment skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Compliance with seasonal influenza vaccination requirements or possession of an approved medical/religious exemption (masking protocols apply during the designated period)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from neurological injuries, trauma, strokes, and complex orthopedic conditions
  • Collaborate with therapy, physician, and social work teams to create and implement patient-focused care plans
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient progress
  • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and daily living strategies
  • Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols
