Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent experience in Rehab or Long-Term Care
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and patient assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compliance with seasonal influenza vaccination requirements or possession of an approved medical/religious exemption (masking protocols apply during the designated period)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from neurological injuries, trauma, strokes, and complex orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with therapy, physician, and social work teams to create and implement patient-focused care plans
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and daily living strategies
- Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols
