Qualifications:
- Active RN license and BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Rehab and/or LTC settings
- Flu vaccination required per policy, or approved medical/religious exemption (masks or N95 respirators required during flu season if exempt)
- Ability to provide compassionate, comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients in a rehab/long-term care setting
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to support patient progress

- Support patients physical, emotional, and psychological rehabilitation goals
