Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with experience in Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care to support patient care in an acute rehab and post-acute setting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct nursing care to patients within an acute rehab/post-acute care environment.
  • Maintain and manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:6-8, ensuring attentive and personalized care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and document clinical information accurately in compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding care and rehabilitation processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with appropriate credentials.
  • Experience in Rehab and Long-Term Care nursing, including acute rehab and post-acute environments.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize patient care effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Job Type: Contract
