Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to physicians and family members
• Support residents in achieving their rehabilitation goals and maintain their highest level of independence
• Lead and mentor certified nursing assistants and other team members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care conferences

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
