Schedule/Hours:
- Varied 8-hour shift scheduling:
- Days: 7:30am 3:30pm
- Evenings: 3:00pm 11:30pm
- Nights: 11:00pm 7:30am
- Includes weekends, holidays, and OT rotation as needed
- No guarantee of shift preference or minimum weekly hours
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (or ability to obtain Hawaii licensure before start)
- Minimum of one year experience in Rehab or Long-Term Care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to arrive Thursday before assignment for pre-employment health appointment
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and patient care in a long-term care facility
- Manage treatments, medication administration, and ADL assistance
- Coordinate with MD/NP, notify of changes or significant findings
- Perform admitting and discharging procedures
- Provide gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, CPAP, and wound vac care, as well as nebulizer treatments
