Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Missouri or compact state
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience in Rehab or LTC environment
  • BLS certification required
  • Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and documentation
  • Influenza vaccination or approved exemption (compliance with masking policy if exempt)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to rehab patients recovering from a variety of complex conditions, including stroke, brain/spinal-cord injuries, and orthopedic trauma
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to promote patient goals and functional recovery
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and provide compassionate support through all stages of rehabilitation
  • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute insights for patient-centered care, and educate patients and their families on ongoing management
