Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Missouri or compact state
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience in Rehab or LTC environment
- BLS certification required
- Ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and documentation
- Influenza vaccination or approved exemption (compliance with masking policy if exempt)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to rehab patients recovering from a variety of complex conditions, including stroke, brain/spinal-cord injuries, and orthopedic trauma
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to promote patient goals and functional recovery
- Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and provide compassionate support through all stages of rehabilitation
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, contribute insights for patient-centered care, and educate patients and their families on ongoing management
