Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment
- Rehabilitation/LTC focus

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to rehab/LTC patients
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Educate patients and families on care techniques and rehabilitation processes
- Participate in ongoing interdisciplinary team meetings and active quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all facility and infection control protocols, including influenza vaccination or approved exemption process (masking required during flu season if exempt)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license and BLS certification
- Recent experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing
- Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
- Comfort with adaptative technology and specialized equipment
- Dedication to patient-centered practice and ongoing learning
