Schedule:
- Full-time travel assignment

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation and long-term care environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and treatments, accurately documenting patient progress
- Monitor patient outcomes, adjusting care as needed to support optimal recovery
- Educate patients and families regarding post-discharge care and rehabilitation practices
- Uphold high standards of clinical practice, safety, and patient advocacy
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Prior experience in rehabilitation or long-term care preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
- Current BLS or ACLS certification as required
- Flexibility and strong critical thinking abilities
