Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts: 3x12-hour (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
• Sun-Mon-Tues rotation (block schedule)
• Two weekend days per schedule cycle

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license (no pending licenses)
• At least 1 year of RN experience (acute rehab and long-term care background preferred)
• BLS certification required
• Experience in rehab settings strongly preferred
• Must not be a first-time traveler
• Will float to MedSurg only if rehab census is low
• Not open to local candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a 1:7 nurse-to-patient rehab/LTC setting
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring quality outcomes and safety
• Float to MedSurg when required, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork
• Complete detailed documentation and contribute to care planning
• Collaborate proactively in fast-paced, evolving situations
