Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) in a behavioral health setting. This 26-week contract assignment offers a chance to make a difference in the lives of patients receiving psychiatric and behavioral health care in a secure clinical environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week for day shifts, 48 hours for night shifts (depending on unit needs)
• Day shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Night shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Overtime may be available based on requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct psychiatric nursing care in accordance with policy and physician directives
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions accurately and safely
• Perform patient assessments, monitor status, and document clinical findings
• Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies with prompt, evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and therapists
• Create and implement individualized care plans for patients
• Uphold safety by following behavioral health protocols and de-escalation techniques
• Educate patients and their families on treatment, medications, and discharge plans

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific requirements apply)
• Experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, corrections, or acute care nursing preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• CPI, MOAB, or similar crisis intervention certification preferred (may be required before start)
• Capacity to pass background and drug screenings and meet onboarding criteria

$1,290 - $1,360/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
