Job Description

An opportunity is available for experienced Registered Nurses specializing in psychiatric care to provide vital support within an in-patient mental health setting. This role focuses on delivering compassionate and skilled nursing services during the second shift hours in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver nursing care to psychiatric patients in an in-patient facility
  • Monitor patient behavior and progress, ensuring safety and compliance with treatment plans
  • Administer medications and provide crisis intervention as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse with active RN licensure valid for practice in New Hampshire
  • Minimum of two years of experience in in-patient psychiatric nursing
  • Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
  • Ability to work the second shift (2:45 pm to 11:15 pm)
  • Commitment to completing a 13-week contract, working five 8-hour shifts per week

Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 2:45 pm 11:15 pm
  • Five 8-hour shifts per week

Additional Information:

  • This is a 13-week contract assignment
  • Candidates submitting must include a copy of their RN license and current BLS certification
