An opportunity is available for a registered nurse with psychiatric expertise to serve as an Off-Shift House Nurse Supervisor during the overnight hours. This contract position offers a consistent schedule supporting both patient care and leadership responsibilities on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing activities and patient care during the 11:00 pm to 7:00 am shift.
• Provide clinical support and resource guidance for staff during the night.
• Monitor patient safety and respond effectively to psychiatric emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
• Support nursing staff with decision-making and workflow management.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license with psychiatric nursing experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise clinical staff overnight.
• Solid clinical judgment in psychiatric patient care.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Schedule and Location:

• Position entails five 8-hour shifts per week, from 10:45 pm to 7:15 am.
• Schedule includes every other weekend coverage on Friday and Saturday nights.
