A healthcare facility in Merrimack, NH is seeking a skilled Resource Nurse to provide critical support during the night shift. This role, also known as an Off-Shift House Nurse Supervisor, requires a dedicated Registered Nurse with psychiatric expertise to oversee patient care and support nursing staff on the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient care during off-hours
• Managing emergencies and responding to patient needs promptly
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality psychiatric nursing care
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards
• Providing leadership and guidance to promote a safe and effective environment

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure with a focus on psychiatric nursing
• Proven experience as a psychiatric nurse (RN-Psych or RN - Psychiatric)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with psychiatric care protocols and procedures

Schedule:

• Night shift: 10:45 PM 7:15 AM
• Five 8-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours
• Every other weekend coverage: Friday and Saturday nights
