Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in psychiatric care to provide high-quality support to patients requiring mental health services. Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing
• Comprehensive understanding of psychiatric disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with mental health needs
• Current BLS certification
• Strong documentation and organizational capabilities
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients physical and mental health, developing individualized care plans as needed
• Administer medications and therapeutic interventions accurately
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to appropriate team members
• Support patients and families through crisis intervention, de-escalation, and education
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, timely records in accordance with policy and practice standards
• Advocate for patient safety, dignity, and rights within the care environment

$1,776 - $1,873/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
