Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Demonstrated experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Proficiency in assessment, care planning, and medication administration within a psychiatric setting
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in challenging situations
• Current BLS certification required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic nursing care to adult psychiatric patients, prioritizing safety and individualized treatment plans
• Accurately complete assessments, monitor patient progress, and document relevant clinical information
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support patient-centered care

• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping approaches
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, patient rights, and ethical nursing practice

$1,776 - $1,873/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
