Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• At least one year of psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience strongly preferred
• Strong assessment and crisis intervention abilities
• Adept at working in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete ongoing mental health and physical assessments
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic and side effects
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other care team members

• Maintain thorough, accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
