Schedule:

Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year experience in an inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health unit required
- Current BLS certification
- Strong de-escalation skills and crisis intervention training preferred
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and patient-assessment abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to psychiatric patients, including medication administration, monitoring behavioral and medical status, and supporting crisis intervention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document patient assessments, responses, and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and strategies for managing mental health
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and respectful environment for all patients
- Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies and escalate concerns as needed
