Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Demonstrated commitment to high standards of patient safety and care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing care to patients in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals
- Perform thorough mental health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer prescribed treatments or medications
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, responding promptly to changes in condition

- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team
