Exciting opportunity for an experienced Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care in a fast-paced, well-respected hospital setting. This travel assignment offers the chance to work night shifts in a 12-bed Pediatric ICU unit, delivering expert nursing care to a diverse pediatric patient population including trauma, burn, neurosurgery, respiratory, and oncology cases.

Position Type: Travel
Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM 7:00 AM
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
Call: None
Weekend Hours: As needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with ancillary departments to optimize care and patient comfort
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights
- Adapt to float between NICU, PICU, Pediatric Medical Floor, or Pediatric ED based on patient needs
- Follow professional standards and facility policies with a commitment to patient safety and quality
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current RN license eligible or licensed in Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience with ventilator competency
- BLS, PALS (AHA only), and TNCC certifications required
- At least one year post-orientation experience in PICU
- Strong clinical expertise, flexibility, and teamwork skills
