Schedule:

• 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM shifts

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with at least one year of recent acute care PICU experience
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Favorable consideration for candidates with experience in CRRT, APHON, or prior pediatric teaching hospital settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill pediatric patients within a 15-bed unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including intensivists, respiratory therapists, and case managers
• Perform essential procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and EMR (Meditech/CPN)
• Adapt to fast-paced patient care scenarios while upholding unit policies
