Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM

Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license and BLS & PALS certifications
• Minimum one year of recent acute care PICU nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and patient care skills
• Preferred: CRRT experience, APHON certification, or pediatric teaching hospital background

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on care in a 15-bed Pediatric ICU with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Collaborate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, case management, and ancillary staff
• Manage and monitor patients using advanced CR monitoring and Meditech/CPN EMR systems
• Perform procedures including IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
• Thrive in a teaching-oriented unit, contributing to a high-quality care environment
