This position places you in a high-acuity Level II Trauma environment, caring for critically ill children in a progressive, technology-enabled unit. With a supportive team comprised of intensivists, respiratory therapists, case managers, and more, you'll collaborate across disciplines and experience a 2:1 patient ratio that ensures quality care and learning opportunities. Youll contribute to a robust pediatric ICU by performing a variety of clinical procedures, utilizing the latest monitoring technology, and supporting young patients at critical moments. Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license with a minimum of 1 year recent PICU hospital experience
• BLS and PALS certifications
• Highly resilient in high-pressure, teaching hospital settings
• Commitment to patient and family-centered care

Preferred Experience:

• CRRT proficiency
• APHON certification
• Experience in pediatric teaching hospitals

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage critically ill pediatric patients
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
• Collaborate on care plans within a multidisciplinary team
• Utilize Meditech/CPN for electronic documentation
