Youll build your resume through daily challenges in the high-acuity Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, handling everything from general CR monitoring to advanced procedures in a teaching hospital. With 15 beds and a robust staff, this setting lets you form lasting professional relationships while broadening your skills and adaptability.

Schedule:

• 7:00 AM 7:00 PM, rotating shifts

Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Current RN license with a minimum of 1 year of recent acute care hospital PICU RN experience
• Active BLS and PALS certifications
• Experience with IV starts and blood draws, TPT placements
• Ability to succeed in a high-pressure, teaching-focused environment
• Strong commitment to pediatric patient care
  Preferred:
• Experience with CRRT and APHON
• Background in pediatric teaching hospitals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care in a Level II Pediatric ICU
• Collaborate with intensivists, desk techs, RTs, dietary and case management staff
• Manage a 2:1 patient ratio, ensuring personalized care
• Accurately chart in Meditech/CPN
• Adapt to fast-changing clinical needs and contribute to a culture of learning

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
