Provide specialized nursing care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), supporting critically ill infants and children with complex medical needs. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a highly regarded hospital known for clinical excellence and nursing achievements.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient status, manage ventilators and other life-support equipment, and administer medications safely
- Provide family education and support during critical care situations
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation consistent with regulatory and hospital standards
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Current RN license with Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in acute pediatric care
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and families
- Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
