Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care hospital PICU RN experience
- Current BLS and PALS certifications
- CRRT and APHON experience preferred
- Prior experience in a pediatric teaching hospital is valuable
Unit Snapshot:
- 15-bed Pediatric ICU, 2:1 patient ratios
- Supported by intensivists, respiratory therapists, dietitians, and case management
- Uses Meditech/CPN EMR system
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to pediatric patients in critical condition
- Perform essential procedures such as IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
- Adapt to evolving guidelines and contribute to a culture of learning and excellence

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
