This assignment is perfectly suited for a dedicated Pediatric Emergency Registered Nurse ready to provide critical care to infants, children, and young adults with urgent medical needs. Schedule/Hours:
- 3 x 12-hour shifts
- Day shifts
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Active DC RN license (required)
- TNCC, NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
- Minimum two years full-time (or three years part-time) acute care RN experience
- Recent experience in pediatric settings
- Must reside at least 50 miles away from the facility
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
- Commitment to consistent employment for at least two years, reflecting the value we place on long-term professional relationships and team stability
