Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of clinical experience in pediatric settings
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- BLS certification (PALS preferred)
- Passion for delivering compassionate, family-centered care
Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible travel contract schedule
- Rotating shifts or specific scheduling as required by assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, evidence-based nursing care for pediatric patients
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize care plans
- Provide family education and support throughout the care process
