As a PACU RN on a 30-bed unit, you will encounter cases ranging from craniotomies to complex orthopedic procedures. Engage with diverse patient populations and become adept using Meditech EMR while collaborating with a supportive, experienced team. The units focus on exceptional patient care and steady leadership provides valuable insights into various workflow strategies and management stylesexperiences that will enrich any nursing career.

Schedule/Hours:
- 7A 7P
- On-call required; must be able to respond within 30 minutes
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent, acute care hospital PACU RN experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to adapt to varied shifts and on-call schedules
- Calm under pressure with a patient-centric approach
- Previous Meditech experience (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality post-anesthesia care for surgical patients
- Effectively manage patient ratios of 1:2 or 1:1 as procedures demand
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to unit policies, on-call protocols, and swift emergency response standards
- Contribute to maintaining an encouraging, resilient team culture
