Schedule/Hours:
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM
- On-call required with a 30-minute response time
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with minimum 1 year current acute care Pre-Op RN hospital experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Prior Meditech experience highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for pre-op and Phase 2 recovery patients (adults and pediatrics)
- Administer outpatient infusions, EKGs, and prepare patients for procedures
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to any clinical changes
- Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR
- Communicate closely with providers and ancillary staff to ensure seamless care
