Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 5A - 5P

Role Highlights:

• Collaborate with a dedicated team, including experienced RNs and skilled support staff.
• Care for patients in a fast-paced setting with 9 Pre-Op beds and 5 Phase 2 recovery beds.
• Utilize advanced technology and equipment such as Pyxis, GE MACVU EKG machines, Dopplers, bladder scanners, and Meditech EMR.
• Manage patient ratios of 1:3, supporting diverse procedures: Phase 2 recoveries (Urology, GYN, SDS patients), pre-op for surgery/endoscopy/cath lab/CT, outpatient infusions and EKGs, and blood transfusions.
• Follow a 30-minute on-call response window from the facility.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license with ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Proven Phase 2 recovery experience is required.
• Preop experience or willingness to assist preop staff is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with patient monitoring, preop care, and the associated equipment.
• Efficient communicator with a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
