Deliver specialized nursing care in a dynamic Endoscopy GI/ENDO unit located in Quincy, MA. This contract opportunity offers a 40-hour weekly schedule primarily during daytime hours, with a rotating day shift to support a varied schedule. The unit features 7 procedure roomsincluding MAC and Conscious Sedation procedureswith dedicated holding and recovery spaces to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM
• One rotating day shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Open weekdays with on-call responsibilities for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in endoscopy procedural rooms and PACU recovery bays
• Assist with Olympus scope set-up, handling, and reprocessing in accordance with safety protocols
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate patient documentation and coordination of care
• Maintain a clinician-to-patient ratio of 1:1 in procedure rooms and 1:23 in PACU
• Support a diverse patient population through high-volume procedures (60-70 per day)
• Collaborate with the healthcare team during procedural and recovery phases

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience, preferably in Endoscopy or GI procedures
• Proficiency with Olympus scope set-up and reprocessing techniques
• Certification in AHA ACLS required; SGNA or CBSPD strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts within department hours (6:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
