Provide exceptional postoperative nursing care in a dynamic Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting, supporting patients' recovery immediately following surgery. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing services to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being according to established standards of care and the nursing process. You will be responsible for supervising and directing the activities of assigned nursing staff, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive postop nursing care to assigned patients in the PACU
- Monitor patients vital signs and manage postoperative complications with clinical expertise
- Supervise and guide nursing staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards
- Coordinate care plans and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
- Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to make independent decisions

Qualifications:
- Active RN license with PACU nursing experience
