Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing and eligible for Kentucky.
• Minimum one year of recent PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) experience required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery or procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, manage pain protocols, and respond to emergent situations as needed.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure smooth patient recovery.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care requirements.
• Document in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
