Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position; various shifts available
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients during each shift
- Implement nursing care based on the nursing process and medical care plans
- Coordinate and deliver care alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide discharge planning and patient/family education
- Delegate appropriate tasks to support staff based on clinical competency and scope of practice
- Deliver compassionate care across neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Demonstrated PACU or acute care nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency in post-anesthesia monitoring, assessment, and intervention
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
