Schedule & Duration:
- 16-week assignment starting June 8
- Rotating shifts
- 40 hours guaranteed weekly, plus call
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of full-time staff RN experience in Pre/Post-Op and/or PACU environments (prior travel experience not required)
- Hawaii RN license (active and in good standing)
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (all valid through contract)
- Skillful adaptability and a patient-centered approach in fast-paced settings
- Compliance with all onboarding requirements (to be completed at least 10 days before start)
- Ability to float to units of equal or lower acuity as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide exemplary pre- and post-anesthesia patient care
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage transitions from surgery to recovery
- Educate patients and families on recovery processes
- Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain the highest standards for patient safety and comfort
