Provide coordinated nursing care for patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) by applying established standards and following the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing nursing staff at various levels, as well as collaborating with other healthcare disciplines. Utilize critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Experience in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing preferred
- Ability to supervise and direct nursing staff effectively
