This opportunity is for a skilled RN with PACU experience to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. You will provide direct care to patients recovering from anesthesia, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to established standards of care. As a key member of the care team, you will supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at various levels, while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes. Your critical thinking, professional judgment, and leadership skills will be essential in managing patient care efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care for post-anesthesia recovery patients.
- Monitor patient status and intervene as necessary to ensure safety and comfort.
