Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in the state of Georgia
• Demonstrated experience in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) or similar post-operative environment
• Strong understanding of evidence-based nursing practice and patient safety standards
• Commitment to adhering to Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics
• Well-versed in interdisciplinary team collaboration, with effective communication skills for patients, families, and peers
• Ability to navigate and implement best practices guided by professional nursing models and shared governance frameworks

• Monitor, assess, and care for post-anesthesia patients, ensuring individualized, high-quality nursing care
