Provide expert perioperative nursing care as an RN Clinical Periop Nurse within a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized patient care. This role emphasizes safe practices guided by evidence-based protocols and professional nursing standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive perioperative nursing care in alignment with established clinical guidelines and best practices
• Collaborate with licensed and unlicensed caregivers to ensure seamless patient-centered care from preoperative to postoperative phases
• Uphold nursing standards as defined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and American Nurses Association Code of Ethics
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives through adherence to the WellStar Professional Practice Model and 5-Star Nursing standards
• Advocate for patients needs and maintain compliance with system policies and procedures
• Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to support positive outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure in Georgia, with PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) experience
• Knowledge of perioperative nursing care and strong clinical competencies based on evidence-based practice
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment
• Familiarity with nursing governance models and commitment to professional development
• Strong communication skills and dedication to patient advocacy and safety
