Offer your skills as a Registered Nurse in a dynamic Pre-Op Holding/ASU unit. With state-of-the-art equipment such as Pyxis, GE MACVU EKG, and modern care protocols, youll expand your clinical expertise and collaborate with an experienced team. The variety of procedures, including Phase 2 recoveries and outpatient infusions, ensures a diverse and enriching workload, setting the stage for significant professional advancement.
Schedule:
- 5A 5P, with on-call requirements (30-minute response required)
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Current RN license and qualifications for travel roles
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Direct experience with Phase 2 recovery
- Strongly preferred: Prior pre-op experience or demonstrated ability to support pre-op staff
- Proficiency using Meditech EMR
- Adaptable, collaborative, and positive team contributor
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care in pre-op and post-op recovery
- Manage patient ratios of 1:3 while monitoring a range of surgical and procedural recoveries
- Support a multifaceted unit handling Urology, GYN, general surgery, endoscopy, and outpatient services
- Effectively utilize advanced medical technology to support patient care

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
