Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment with rotating shifts
- Full-time commitment, flexibility required
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Minimum one year of recent PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS may be required depending on unit)
- Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate well with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Willingness to adapt to new processes and systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based post-anesthesia care with compassion and precision
- Assess, monitor, and document patient status throughout recovery
- Educate patients and families on care protocols and discharge planning
- Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals for holistic patient care
