As a RN with PACU expertise, you will work in a dynamic environment within a Pre-Op Holding/ASU unit. This setting, featuring state-of-the-art technology and a cohesive, supportive team, offers prime opportunities for professional growth. Youll gain hands-on experience with new equipment and procedures, strengthen your adaptability, and collaborate with skilled professionals, all while broadening your clinical skills and leadership perspectives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year recent acute care Pre-Op RN hospital experience
- Active RN license
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Patient-focused approach
- Ability to meet on-call requirements (with 30-minute response time)
- Meditech EMR experience preferred
- Prior pre-op experience or willingness to support pre-op staff is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-op care for surgical, endoscopy, cath lab, and outpatient procedure patients
- Oversee phase 2 recoveries for urology, GYN, and SDS (same day surgery) patients
- Administer outpatient infusions, EKGs, blocks, and blood transfusions
- Monitor patients using Pyxis, GE MACVU EKG machine, Doppler, bladder scanner, and more
- Ensure optimal patient experience and coordinate effectively with providers and team members

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
