Schedule/Hours
- Rotating shifts (specific schedules provided during interview)
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent PACU experience
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proven track record of adaptability in dynamic environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in the PACU, monitoring postoperative patients
- Conduct thorough assessments, manage pain, and address post-anesthesia needs
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary team members
- Document patient progress in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with patients and families during transitions
