Schedule/Hours:

  • Schedules released in 6-week blocks
  • Three call shifts required per 6-week schedule

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Active RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
  • NIH Stroke Scale experience preferred
  • Solid trauma and pediatric experience
  • Advanced skills in ventilator monitoring

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a 40-bed PACU with 1:2 patient ratios
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team including HUCs and PCTs
  • Monitor post-surgical patients using advanced PACU equipment
  • Assist with floating to Endoscopy, PreOp, and Phase II perianesthesia as needed
  • Draw labs, perform catheterizations, and safely transport patients
