Schedule/Hours:
- Schedules released in 6-week blocks
- Three call shifts required per 6-week schedule
Qualifications / Experience:
- Active RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- NIH Stroke Scale experience preferred
- Solid trauma and pediatric experience
- Advanced skills in ventilator monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a 40-bed PACU with 1:2 patient ratios
- Collaborate with a dedicated team including HUCs and PCTs
- Monitor post-surgical patients using advanced PACU equipment
- Assist with floating to Endoscopy, PreOp, and Phase II perianesthesia as needed
- Draw labs, perform catheterizations, and safely transport patients
