Provide specialized post-anesthesia care in a dynamic healthcare setting, delivering coordinated nursing care for patients during their critical recovery phase. This role requires strong clinical expertise in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) and the ability to oversee assigned nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver focused nursing care to patients emerging from anesthesia, monitoring vital signs and ensuring comfort and stability.
• Supervise and direct nursing activities for a diverse patient group, maintaining compliance with established standards of care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to assess patient needs and intervene appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Experience in PACU nursing with a solid understanding of post-anesthesia recovery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise nursing staff effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in patient care decisions.
