Expand your skill set in a PACU unit equipped with the latest technology, serving a broad range of patients including trauma and pediatric cases, and supporting advanced procedures such as ventilator monitoring. Youll gain exposure to a Level II trauma center, comprehensive stroke care, and the regions only childrens hospital, deepening your capabilities in high-acuity care.

Schedule:

  • 6-week schedules released at a time
  • 3 call shifts required per 6-week schedule

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • NIH Stroke Scale experience
  • Trauma and pediatric nursing experience
  • Ability to monitor ventilators and perform advanced PACU procedures

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent post-anesthesia care in a 40-bed unit (1:2 ratio)
  • Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team (HUC support, PCTs, and tech staff)
  • Adhere to hospital safety and patient experience standards
  • Flex across peri-anesthesia areas (Endoscopy, PreOp, Phase II) as needed
