Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment
- Call requirements: One weekend and one night per week
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent PACU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
- Adaptable, positive attitude in dynamic environments
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to postoperative patients
- Continuously monitor patient status and respond rapidly to changes
- Collaborate efficiently with anesthesia and surgical teams
- Document interventions and patient responses accurately
- Educate and support patients and families during recovery
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and infection prevention
