Youll broaden your clinical skills by working with a variety of patient diagnoses, including HAPI, complex wounds requiring VAC therapy, ostomy care, and wound consults. This assignment offers exceptional opportunities to work with the Epic EMR system, elevating your technical proficiency and adding highly regarded experience to your resume. Schedule & Assignment Details:
- Shift: Day shift, 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 18:00)
- No on-call or floating requirements
- 13-week contract
Qualifications:
- Active CA or compact RN license
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Wound Care certification required; Wound and Ostomy certification or WCC preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, including wound care
- Proficient EPIC EMR skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and deliver advanced wound and ostomy care
- Educate and support patients and staff regarding wound prevention and management
- Consult with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-centered care
- Document assessments and interventions using Epic
