Key Qualifications:
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in an Emergency Room (ER) environment
- Comprehensive clinical knowledge and the ability to respond to high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and families
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or willingness to obtain before starting
- Adaptability to changing priorities and patient needs
- Reliable record of professionalism, punctuality, and accountability
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in fast-paced ER settings, following established protocols and standards
- Accurately assess, triage, and monitor patient conditions, rapidly initiating interventions as necessary
- Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare staff for optimal patient outcomes
- Document all care activities, assessments, medications, and procedures in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements
- Educate patients and families about condition management, treatment plans, and aftercare
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
